They further rolled out a set of advises, squeezing out from the executives of billion dollar firms, which is called Seven Essentials. This Seven essential contain strategic, operational and leader ship related principles.



Though, these advices may reflect common sense but it’s not that it easy to when it’s put to practice. It is also found by the research that almost 90 per cent companies followed around five of seven essentials.
