A Patient and good listening possibly one of the most vital skills in today’s world. Though every time when the question of communication arises, people concentrate their debate over better speakers or writers. But a good listening is another very important aspect of effective communication.



At times it is felt that listening is more important than speaking since only good listener has the capacity to find and strike out the deficiencies of a messy or disorganized speaker. The other side of the story is there is no meaning of a speaker if there is no good listener around.
